    Should you not be happy with your Kultia purchase you may return your jewels and get a refund or exchange. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for special order products, with the exception of size alternations for special order rings and only if needed.

    A. Returns in 3 easy steps

    1. Notify us

    You need first to notify us by e-mail at returns@kultia.com, within (7) working days beginning the day after your receipt of the purchased products, that you wish to return the purchased products.
    We will then send you a Returns Autorization Number (RAN) and you must return the jewelry within 7 days of the receipt of the RAN.

    2. Prepare the jewelry and the Returns Form

    • Fill in the Kultia Returns Form.
    • Prepare the jewel for shipping: Place the item(s) in the original packaging securely wrapped and sealed.
    • If returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment, as you may incur the charges from any subsequent returns.
    • Please clearly write your RAN number on the outside of the box
    Please not that the returned jewelry must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with the seal tags untouched.

    3. Arrange the return shipment

    • Returns may be sent via an insured shipping method to the following address:
      KULTIA S.A 10-12 Glykonos str., 10675 Athens, Greece
      All items must be returned from the original delivery country.
    • You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred.
    • We strongly recommend that you use an express courier to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
    Alternatively
    • We are happy to organize the return shipment for you with a flat fee of 25 euro for any purchase less than 1000 euro, and 50 euro for any purchase over 1000 euro.

    Once we have received the item(s) we will contact you to confirm receipt of the jewels.

    Refunds

    After we have received the returned products and provided that they are in the same condition they were in when first delivered to you and have undergone Kultia's cquality control check, we will credit your credit/debit card with the value of the items returned or (in case of bank transfer payment) we will transfer the value of the Goods returned by bank transfer according to your written indications (If you have used the Kultia return service we will credit the amount paid minus the corresponding shipping charges.)
    Please note that:
    • If your order has been send to a destination within the EU all sales taxes will be fully refunded
    • If your order has been send to a destination outside EU, sales tax and import duties are not refunded through Kultia. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
    • Furthermore, any losses caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
    • Refunds may take up to 10 days for your bank to complete depending on processing times.

    B. Exchanges in 3 easy steps

    You need first to notify us that you wish to exchange the purchased products by e-mail at returns@kultia.com, within seven (7) days beginning the day after your receipt of the purchased products.
    With your notification we will contact you to discuss the exchange and help choose the right jewel for you based on availability. We will then issue a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and you must return the jewelry within seven (7) days of the receipt of the RAN.

    2. Prepare the jewlery and the Returns Form

    • Fill in the Kultia Returns Form.
    • Prepare the jewel for shipping: Place the item(s) in the original packaging securely wrapped and sealed
    • If returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment, as you may incur the charges from any subsequent returns.
    • Please clearly write your RAN number on the outside of the box
    Please not that the returned jewelry must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with the seal tags untouched.

    3. Arrange the return shipment

    • Exchanges can be organized by Kultia at no extra cost to you, once per purchased item.
    • You can contact our cooperating courier partner to arrange your return delivery at your earliest convenience with the Kultia charge code we will provide you.
    • Returns should be requested to be insured (at our cost) and send to the following address:
      KULTIA S.A. - 10-12 Glykonos str., 10675 Athens, Greece.
      All items must be returned from the original delivery country. Please make sure that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment, since you will be responsible for any damages or loss incurred until we receive the products back.

    Once we have received the item(s) we will contact you to confirm receipt of the jewels. Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check by Kultia.
    Please also note that:
    • Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be undergo customs clearance and therefore relevant import duties and taxes may apply.
    • Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.
    Returns & Exhanges of any items delivered internationally will be subject to the Kultia S.A. Terms and Conditions.
